ME6208 series are low-dropout linear voltageregulators with a built-in voltage reference module, errorcorrection module and phase compensation module.ME6208 series are base_d on the CMOS process andallow high voltage input with low quiescent current. Thisseries has the function of internal feedback resistorsetting from 2.0 to 5.0V. The two output voltageaccuracies are: ?1% (VOUT =2.5V, 3.0V, 3.3V, 5.0V)and ?2% (other output voltages).
